Q&A with Hume Vineyards' owner/winemaker Stephane Baldi

In 2007, far from retirement, Stephane and his wife packed up their big city life and bought a diminished 1860s farm in the Virginia countryside. The property has since been completely remodeled to become Hume Vineyards.
