This just in from Moya Dolsby, Executive Director of the Idaho Wine Commission:
The Idaho Wine Commission would like to formally invite you to attend Savor Idaho on June 9, 2013 at the Idaho Botanical Garden in Boise, Idaho from 2-6 p.m. Savor Idaho provides a picturesque setting to give consumers the ultimate wine tasting experience - one that both beginners and experts can enjoy.
The Idaho Wine Commission will continue its tradition of a trade hour, beginning at 1 p.m. During the trade hour, trade members will attend a private gathering with participating winemakers, owners and chefs prior to the gates opening to the public, giving you the opportunity to have one-on-one face time with the vendors.
Savor Idaho is a one-of-a-kind event where wine and food lovers get the opportunity to discover Idaho products while meeting the people associated with these industries. We hope to share this with you as well. If you would like to attend please contact me directly for your complimentary ticket. There is a limited amount available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional tickets can be purchased on our website.
Amid more than 50 wineries, 56 winegrape growers and 1,600 vineyard acres, the Idaho wine region is growing rapidly. As the wine industry continues its impressive growth in the state, wine tourism is becoming more prevalent and widespread each year.
