Every year WBM Senior Technical Editor Curtis Phillips searches the booths at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium, looking for new products that have the potential to change the wine industry. He'll be talking about some of these innovative new products next week in Paso Robles.

Two products he'll be talking about are screw cap liners by Amcor and VinPerfect. As he wrote in the March issue of WBM, "More wineries now have more choices in screw cap liners than just tin or Saranex. The new liners from both companies are made without tin or polyvinyl chloride plastics."

Curtis will be covering both of these at WiVi Central Coast during the Innovative Products session on Wed., March 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. in Commercial Building 1 at the Paso Robles Event Center. To register for WiVi, please go here
