Michael Pucci of Marin comments on Wine Bottle Recycling.
Wouldn't CRVs on wine bottles increase the rate of recycling? I know the wine lobby is agin' it, but if it's a good idea for beer, water, and soda bottles, there's no reason it shouldn't be a good idea for wine bottles.
