There's nothing glamorous about any aspect of making wine. The vineyards and estates might be glamorous; but in the end, we are farmers and manual laborers who have to love what we do immensely - else, it wouldn't be worth the incessant, sticky, wet, aching days. It's Groundhog Day and we are dumping bins, sorting fruit, & cleaning bins again...so that we can do it again tomorrow.
