September 13, 2012 Tapteil Vineyard began harvest with Merlot today!

Desert Wind Winery We are looking like we will begin with the Sauvignon Blanc mid-week next week, followed by Chardonnay and Syrah next weekend. So far we are seeing lower acidity than last year, which the winemaking team is excited about.
