Jackson Family Wines, Preston, Bella, Gallo, Boisset Family Estates will sponsor the 2012 Great Russian River Race (GR3) May 12.

Hosted by the Russian Riverkeeper, River's Edge Kayak & Canoe and Sonoma County Regional Parks Department, the GR3 is a river event that attracts recreational and advanced paddlers and SUP athletes to race in two exciting events (15 mile and 5 mile). The scenic river, course and river party, is prompting the growth of the GR3 - which offers corporate/family team canoe, single or double kayak entries.

This is a benefit race and all proceeds go to the Russian Riverkeeper and Sonoma County Regional Parks. Register by April 30 for the early bird discount.
