The Burgundy Barrels had Pinot in them and are Francois Ferrer, Saury and Boutes. All barrels are emtied in the past 1-4 months, rinsed, cleanned, SO2, Sulfured and ready for wine making. All barrel come out of a preium Napa Winery Cellar (wine sells for $30-$15/bottle) and are always stored inside and are in EXCELLENT CONDITION.
