Position: Pacific Region Manager
Reports to: National Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a positive, high energy, wine professional in the Pacific Region (includes the following states: CA, NV, HI). The Regional Manager must live within 30 miles of the city of San Francisco (please do not submit a resume if you are not currently located in this area)
The person we seek will possess the following skills;
~ Market and Winery Sales Experience - minimum 5 years relevant winery sales experience in sales focused on CA (ideally North and South)
~ Account Selling - ability and desire to spend 60%-70% of time focused on calling on key targeted accounts (50 top volume accounts and 50 prestigious restaurants in your region)
~ Distributor programming, pricing, inventory control, budgeting, team building, and all associated functions of a professional Regional Wine Sales Manager
~ You must know how to wear many hats and call on all segments of the wine business
~ Professionally represent our brands in all facets of the industry including; trade tastings, wine dinners, distributor meetings, etc.
~ The ability to function in a tech savvy company with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Cloud programs, Mobile applications, Zoom, Facebook, etc.
~ Excellent wine knowledge, and a love of the industry
~ Experienced in exceptional customer service both at distributor level and the trade
~ You will be the one that everybody knows will show up, follow up, be creative, and be passionate!
~ Is tenacious, works SMART and has a high EQ
