The UCD Extension is offering another batch of their Wine Flavor 101 symposia this year. The first session for the 2012-13 academic year is Thursday, December 6, 2012, in Freeborn Hall on the UC Davis campus. This time, the discussions will be centered around the impact that closure choice decision has on wine composition and flavor.
I’m looking forward to hearing what the speakers have to say.
